STAY FOCUSED

Hello Bloggers,

It is my third day and I have been wearing my Body Magic daily. I wear all day even when I workout, it makes me feel so confident. I love how it corrects my posture and helps relieve my lower back and hip pain.

I have been encouraging my family to try the Ardyss Nutri-Shakes and Le'Vive and we all love it. It is so funny because my Husband Tom hate anything healthy, but he loves the Thermogen Tea and the AM/PM Trim Diet supplements.

The only warning I will give is, do not drink the tea at night we were up all night, LOL. The success story is that my husband had to weigh in this weekend for the Army and he is weighing less than he did we he graduated from Basic Training over 8 years ago. His self esteem is flying through the roof.

Myself I have been eating small portioned meals and doing low impact workouts. I have not had any weight loss but it is to soon to expect any changes. I have less than 5 days before my surgery and the anxiety is increasing. I just pray to God that I am making the right choice.

END OF DAY ONE WITH ARDYSS BODY MAGIC

Well I mad it through day one, so let me give you a quick recap.

I started the day with AM Trim Diet Supplement and Thermogen Tea. My wonderful daughter made me a healthy breakfast. I spent my morning talking to friends and family about the Ardyss health products. It was very exciting to pass on the news of my new business opportunity. I put on my Body Magic undergarment and got dressed for the day.

The afternoon I chilled with my daughters and we made Ardyss Nutri Shake and added strawberries, along with a ounce of Le'Vive Energy Drinks. My daughters and I loved the fruity taste of the drinks. I thought to myself that at least it all taste good, now I just have to stay focused and use the products. This afternoon I received a call from my Orthopedic Surgeon who informed me that I am scheduled next week to have my final surgery. I will be having my hip bone fused to my tail bone, because my SI Joint is completely damaged. The worst news is that he told me that I will be non-weight bearing for 3 months. All I could do is pray to God that he give me strength to stay committed to my weight loss goal during this trying time.



This evening my husband and I went to the gym and workout for an hour doing light cardio. We had a lot of fun bonding and motivating each other to stay committed to out health plans. After our workout we had a small dinner and took the PM Trim Diet Supplement.

Le'Vive Energy Drink

This afternoon I had Le'Vive Energy Drink, it taste so good like a natural fruit drink. So to get me ready to work out I chose to make a Ardyss Strawberry Milkshake to give me energy to work out. I am going to the gym to do an hour of cardio and to chill in the sauna with my husband. Bloggers come back for more updates, talk to you soon.

ARDYSS LIFE GRAND OPENING

Today is the first day of being an Independent Representative of Ardyss Life. I just received my starter packet and have decided to take a before picture of myself to see if the new Body Magic undergarment will really take off 2-3 inches off my waist. So lets see what happens???

I have put on the Body Magic full body undergarment, it feels great and I am so comfortable in this garment. I lost 2 inches around my waist.



To give you a little history, I was injured in Iraq by an Rocket Propelled Grenade that landed about 25 feet from me that blew me into a concrete wall that caused severe lower back problems. In April of 2010, I had to have my lower back infused. The surgery worked but I am still healing with some discomfort, and after putting on the garment my back feels a lot better.

Today I currently weigh 183 lbs and my target goal weight is 145 lbs. Before I became a Representative with Arydss I weighed 206 pounds, from the lack of exercising because of my injuries. I lost 23 lbs by watching what I eat, but now I have plateaued and need to find something else to get my metabolism going again. Today I have started my new eating plan that includes using Ardyss nutritional products.

I started this morning with a great cup of Ardyss ThermogenTea, and a AM Trim pill supplement. I am excited; so blogger check back tomorrow to see how my first day of Ardyss Life With Nicole ended.
